[It's a bustling four-way scramble crosswalk in Tokyo. Large clusters of people are swarming past in all directions. It's a struggle to find the space just to stop and check your phone.
Nevertheless, one boy has carved out the space in one corner to set up a couple of portable speakers and microphone. It seems like he's done this before, with how smoothly the process goes, even with all the chaos around. He picks up the mic and only briefly pauses before announcing:]
Hello, everyone. This is Aoyagi Touya of BAD DOGS and Vivid BAD SQUAD. I'm going to try performing solo today. Thanks in advance.
[And with that, he cues up his background tracks and starts a short set including Fragile and Yobanashi Deceive. Also I'm linking these from my phone at work and can't listen to them so if they're broken I'll fix them later.]
2. School Library (in this prompt you go to the same high school)
[Every student probably needs to step into the library at least once, however reluctant they may be. And today, the dutiful library committee member quietly reshelving books as someone comes in is Touya. He observes the newcomer, only intruding with a question if they actually seem in need of direction.]

[What the hell. It only took this kid three tries to get that gigantic squishy shark in the crane game. He looks quietly satisfied, but not as ecstatic as he probably should be. He looks around as if he might be hoping for a jealous observer to hand it to.]

[Is YOUR character TOO FUCKIN WEIRD to slot into modern day Japan? Too fantastical to interact?!
Great news! Touya also sometimes goes to visit a magical alternate universe created from his emotions. New characters show up in those things all the time, so why not your character?
It does seem to be a normal café on a normal street, although one with some very hip and cool posters and graffiti. Touya is sipping coffee in the café. It does mostly seem like this could have happened in the real world. But then how would Hatsune Miku have brought him his coffee cup?? Yeah think about that next time. Maybe YOU asked Hatsune Miku or one of her Vocaloid friends to grab you a coffee, too.]
